JANE Park is Britain’s youngest-ever lottery winner as she scooped the £1million jackpot in 2013 aged just 17.
But, she threatened to sue EuroMillions after claiming that her big win had ruined her life.
Who is Jane Park?
Jane Park was just 17 when she bagged £1million in prize money after buying her first ever ticket, making her Britain’s youngest EuroMillions winner.
At the time of her win, she was an admin temp earning £8-an-hour, and was living in a two-bedroom Edinburgh council flat she shared with her mum Linda.
Jane is an avid football fan and supports Scottish Premier League side Hibernian.
How much did Jane Park win in EuroMillions lottery?
Jane won £1million after buying her first EuroMillions ticket in 2013.
She has previously remarked that being a millionaire is stressful.
Speaking to the Sunday People, she said: “I have material things but apart from that my life is empty. What is my purpose in life?”
“I thought it would make [my life] ten times better but it’s made it ten times worse.
“I wish I had no money most days.
“I say to myself, ‘My life would be so much easier if I hadn’t won.’”
What has she spent her lottery winnings on?
Jane has splashed out on cars, holidays, clothes and plastic surgery.
After Jane’s win she quit her job, booked a two-month holiday in Magaluf, bought a chihuahua and also purchased a plush three-bedroom house and second property.
In 2013, she spent £4,500 on a boob job to go from a 34B to 36FF, which she described at the time as “up there with the best things she bought”.
She also paid thousands for a bum lift in Turkey – but was left fearing for her life after having a severe reaction to the anaesthetic and contracting sepsis.
She forked out £25,000 on a BMW, £17,000 on a Volkswagen Beetle, and £18,000 on a Range Rover.
The Range Rover was customised in purple in honour of her football team Hibernian.
She also bought a wardrobe of Louboutin shoes – which start at £455 a pair.
Is she suing Lotto?
She believes Camelot should not be allowing people her age to win such vast sums of money.
Camelot insists it has offered “ongoing support” to Jane.
A spokesman said: “We have been in touch with Jane from time to time since her win to offer ongoing support.
“It is always up to the winners as to whether they want to take up that support.”
Bosses at Camelot say they appointed an independent financial and legal panel to help Jane manage her winnings as well as putting her in touch with another winner who scooped a jackpot at the same age.

Who is Jane Park dating?
According to her Facebook status, Jane is in a relationship.
Six years after scooping the £1million prize, she excitedly shared with followers that she was expecting her first baby.
Wearing a tight grey dress, her hair perfectly curled and makeup applied, she cradled her bump in a picture.
In an interview with the Mirror in October 2019 she said: “Seeing the positive pregnancy test was more exciting than seeing the winning numbers on my lottery ticket.
“It’s a crazy time but I am so happy.”
In the interview, Jane said she was no longer in a relationship with the baby’s father.
But just over a week later she was left heartbroken after having a miscarriage.
In November 2018, she launched a website taking applications for a boyfriend, The Daily Record reports.
Thousands of men applied when she offered a £60,000 allowance to take her out.
Jane Park previously dated Sam Callahan and former Dundee United footballer Jordan Piggott.
Jane, then 21, started dating Jordan, then 18, in September 2017 but the pair split a year later.
The Sun exclusively revealed that X-Factor contestant Sam Callahan dated Jane in March 2017.
The pair found love after they sparked up a relationship over social media.
An insider revealed at the time: “Jane instantly caught Sam’s eye on Twitter and after liking a ton of each other’s pictures they began messaging.”
But reports of Sam kissing another girl in front of Jane at a party left her in tears.Who is Jane Park and how much money did she win on EuroMillions lottery? 5 Dec 2020, 15:13 Updated : 5 Dec 2020, 15:20 JANE Park is Britain’s youngest-ever lottery winner as she ]]>
